Counselors serve as a resource for students, parents, and teachers alike, helping to address some of the everyday challenges facing our students. Together, counselors work in collaboration with students and parents to ensure student success in the areas of academics, career planning, and personal goal setting. The goal of the JJHS School Counseling Department is to foster the personal, social, and academic growth of each of our students. While doing well academically is of the utmost importance, it is also important that our students grow to be responsible, caring and educated citizens of society. Each of the school counselors is committed to helping each student perform to the best of their academic ability and to encourage a positive school experience.Click above for our school demographics and statistics.Click above for the school counseling curriculum and expectations by grade.
