    Welcome to 2nd Grade in Room 17!  My name is Mrs. Zolotas. I will be teaching ICT with Mrs. Gatherer. This will be my 18th year teaching.  I spent 10 years teaching at Pound Ridge Elementary School in the Bedford Central School District. This is my 4th year in 2nd grade at Gayhead.  I have 3 children. Chase is in 6th grade, Layla is in 4th grade and Ella is in 1st. My husband teaches 9th and 10th grade Global Studies at Ketcham. We have 3 cats and 2 guinea pigs.  When I am not teaching or running around with my 3 kids, I love reading! I run on Dunkin and have a love for all things Disney!   
     
    We use Class Dojo as our primary source of communication throughout the year.  This free app allows us to give you a glimpse into our daily activities, remind everyone about important events and share helpful learning links.  Class Dojo is an important part of our classroom community!
