    Welcome back to John Jay for your junior year! This is the most important year of your high school career; the rest of your life can potentially be shaped by the efforts you put forth within the next nine months, and I'm excited to be right there with you along the way.
     
    With that being said, take advantage of every day, notice the small things, and most importantly, focus on your academics. Build habits now that will benefit you far into the future, when John Jay is only a memory.  In the meantime, soak it in, because high school can give you some of the best times of your life.
