• Immunizations
    Students who attend school in New York State must be immunized against polio, mumps, diphtheria, whooping cough (pertussis), measles, rubella, and Hepatitis B. Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis) is required for all 6th graders And meningococcal is required in 7th and 12th grades.


    No student will be admitted to school without appropriate certification of the above immunizations.  Exemption to the immunization law is allowed for medical reasons ONLY.  A physician must certify a medical exemption in writing annually.  

    Documentation is required.
