• Mr. Sokol was born and raised in Hopewell Junction and is a graduate of the
    Wappingers Central School District.  Mr. Sokol continued his studies by
    obtaining an undergraduate degree from S.U.N.Y. Plattsburgh and a master's
    from S.U.N.Y. New Paltz.  He began his teaching career by instructing 4th
    grade in the Fallsburg Central School District located in Sullivan County. 
    Mr. Sokol was then fortunate enough to begin teaching at Sheafe Road
    Elementary School.  He has been at his current position for the past twenty years.
