Hi Everyone!  I hope that you are all doing well, and that your summer is off to a good start!

Summer is a wonderful time to enjoy reading! This summer, as you transition from 8th to 9th grade Honors, you are being provided with a list of books to read over the summer.

Please look over the titles, authors, pictures, and summaries in the PowerPoint that is attached to select a few that interest you. This list reflects the wide range of interests, maturity, and reading levels that comprise middle school students going into high school. As always, parents are encouraged to be a part of their child's summer reading selections!

This Powerpoint outlines the requirements for High School Honors Summer Reading for 2021. Pick ones that pique your interest and dive into them over the next few weeks of summer so you're prepared when you go to the High School in September! There are a TON of great titles there, some of which I'll be reading over the summer, too!
