Registration begins April 1, 2025.

Please complete the registration packet linked below and make an appointment to complete registration IN PERSON.  Call Susan Aboshanab to schedule an appointment to register at 845.298.5000 x40132, or Martha Building-Puig at x40177 (she can also assist Spanish-speaking families).

You’ll need to provide:

• Proof of residency
• Proof of child’s age
• Documentation of legal custody or special circumstances
• Proof of health examination and required immunizations
