The Wappingers Central School District uses i-Ready to support instruction in reading and math for students in grades K-8. i-Ready is an online program for reading and math that will help your child's teacher determine each student's academic needs, personalize learning and, if needed, monitor progress throughout the school year.
i-Ready consists of two parts: Diagnostic and Personalized Online Instruction. The Diagnostic is an adaptive assessment that adjusts its questions based on each student's needs. Each question a student is given is individualized based on their answer to the previous question. i-Ready Personalized Instruction will provide students with access to online lessons based on their skill level and academic needs.
Students can access online instruction in school and at home at https://clever.com/in/wappingers. Students will need their school email address and school ID number. This information will be provided by their child's teacher. Please watch the short i-Ready Family Video that explains more about the purpose of the Diagnostic.
