Meditation Apps for Kids (OF ALL AGES)
So much of what your child does when seen for counseling at Oak Grove Elementary are embodied throughout these apps. All children benefit from stress reduction and relaxation to help meet their counseling goals and their overall mental health. Engaging in these exercises help student's achieve their school-based goals no matter what social-emotional/behavioral hurdle is in their way (i.e., anxiety, anger management, depression, motivation, social stress, etc.).
Allow your child to reap the benefits of meditation and mindfulness using technology. Meditating even only a few minutes a day has proven to reduce stress, boost immunity, aid memory and concentration, decrease depression and anxiety, and even make you more compassionate.
