    Social Studies Description

    The 8th grade Social Studies curriculum covers historical events starting with the end of the Civil War and makes its way to current events. These classes mostly revolve around key vocabulary terms that set the foundation as we begin to explore the conflicts, cause and effects, and historical context that shapes U.S. history. We also try to make deeper connections by comparing the past with current events right now. All classroom assignments and materials can be found on Mrs. Budd, Mr. Tornatore and Mr. Caruso's Google Classroom.
