Welcome to Occupational Therapy (OT)!!
I have been an OT for the Wappingers CSD since 2008 and I love what I do! I work with students who have a wide variety of learning challenges and also work very close with the teachers and staff of Vassar Rd. Elementary School. My goal for my students is to learn strategies to improve their fine motor (i.e. writing, coloring, cutting), visual perceptual (i.e. copying from the board, matching), sensory processing (i.e. following directions, attending to task), and self-help (i.e. dressing, organization, managing their desk or backpack) skills, to name a few.
